Laminated pages of newspaper clippings and mailers related to the same bond referendum. They start in December of 1972 with the headline "$2 Million Bond Vote Seen For Tech Growth". The articles in 1973 include: "Rowan Tech Board Calls for $2.5-Million Bond Referendum"; "Rowan Tech Bond Resolution Approved By Commissioners"; "Public Hearing is Set for Rowan Tech Bonds"; "Vote Tomorrow on Rowan Tech Bonds"; "Rowan Tech Bond Issue Passed by 2 to 1 Margin"; and "Referendum Outcome Praised by Hamilton". There is one article from November of 1974 titled "Rowan Tech Bonds Sold at 5.26% Rate". It also contains two mailing flyers to promote voting for the bond, plus a Resolution signed by the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, recognizing the success of the bond referendum
