Accreditation and Self-Studies
This collection contains several years of documents related to self-studies and accreditation activity, mainly related to the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS). It also contains information relating to the self-studies done in 1998 for the Radiography program, and a program descriptive report for the Associate Degree in Nursing, also in 1998.
Board of Trustees Collection
This collection contains material created by or about the Rowan-Cabarrus Community College Board of Trustees. Newspaper clippings are particularly represented along with press releases, policies and procedures, and a scrapbook honoring former Chairman of the Board Harold Kenerly.
Bob Barnes Papers
This collection contains artifacts collected by Bob Barnes, former Vice President of Curriculum Programs at Rowan-Cabarrus Community College.
Bond Referendum Collection
This collection contains material related to the various bonds that have come up for vote over the years to help fund Rowan-Cabarrus Community College. Newspaper clippings, memorandums, and campaign paraphernalia are included.
Campus Maps
This collection is entirely digital, created for ease of use. The physical copies of these maps do exist, but are scattered across their related collections.
Catalog Collection
This collection contains all copies of the Rowan-Cabarrus Community College course catalogs. It also contains bulletins that were produced for some years. This collection is currently incomplete, with further accruals expected. The catalogs are separated by decade for ease of use.
Growth and Progress Monographs
This collection contains monographs related to the progress and evolution of the college. These monographs include annual reports, fact books, progress reports, and quality enhancement and long-range plans.
