Abstract

This collection contains monographs related to the progress and evolution of the college. These monographs include annual reports, fact books, progress reports, and quality enhancement and long-range plans.

Arrangement

This collection has been divided into five series: 1. Annual Reports; 2. Fact Books; 3. Strategic, Annual, and Long-Range Plans; 4. Quality Enhancement Plans and supporting documets; and 5. Other monographs.

Within each series items are arranged chronologically.

Immediate Source of Acquisition

Most materials were found in collection with no documentation regarding their provenance. Recent accruals were transferred by various campus departments.

Accruals

Additional accruals are expected as reports are created and will be added to this collection when available.

Processing Information

Creator's file names were used where available; the archivist supplied descriptive folder titles where the creator did not include one. The collection was arranged into series based on format. Paperclips and plastic binding were removed. Materials in were placed in acid-free folders and boxes.
