Scope and Contents
This collection contains material created or collected by the libraries at Rowan-Cabarrus Community College such as library handbooks, orientation cassette tapes, pamphlets, newspaper articles and photographs, floor plans, connectivity grant records, and a space needs assessment. Information and materials related to library construction, events, exhibits, and displays are also included.
The collection has been divided into 3 series:

Abstract
This collection contains records, photographs, cassette tapes, and ephemera related to the libraries at Rowan-Cabarrus Community College.
Arrangement
The collection has been divided into 3 series: 1. Policies, Minutes, and Informational Material; 2. Facilities and Development; and 3. Events and Exhibits.
Folders are arranged in chronological order in each series. Items within each folder are arranged in chronological order where applicable.

Materials found in collection; there is no documentation concerning the provenance of these materials.
Processing Information
Creator's file names were used where available; archivist supplied descriptive folder titles where the creator did not include one. The collection was arranged into series based on subject. Plastic binding was removed for storage and preservation. Materials were placed in acid-free folders and boxes.
- 8 color posters published by the Smithsonian used in an exhibit on WWI in 2019.
