A Space Needs Assessment for Rowan-Cabarrus Community College Learning Resource Centers, prepared by Phillip Barton, and dated 2008. The binding was removed for storage and preservation. This document includes information on background and population trends; the Learning Resource Centers on North and South Campuses including collection space, user seating, public computers, and work space; and information on the other Rowan-Cabarrus libraries in Cabarrus County (CBTC and Cloverleaf Cosmetology Center with a mention of the planned NCRC library). General Design Guidelines are included in Appendix A, and Floor Plans for North Campus, South Campus, CBTC Branch, and NCRC Branch are included in Appendix B.
