Series 1 contains newsletters published by RCCC faculty and staff for a campus audience, primarily the Offical Bulletin, later renamed the Update. Newsletters describe new staff and faculty changes, letters from the president and deans, enrollment, financial information, meetings, grants, curriculum changes, changes to the surrounding area, workshops and programs, and events, among other information.
