Scope and Contents
This collection is made up of publications, minutes, records, programs, and newspaper clippings created and collected by the Office of Student Life from 1964 to 2015. Particularly represented are newspaper clippings related to graduation celebrations and graduates of the college. Publications from the department, event programs, student organization records, and newspaper clippings related to other areas of student life are also included.
The collection has been divided into 4 series:

2. Student Organization Records
3. Honors and Awards
4. Events

Abstract
This collection is made up of publications, minutes, records, programs, and newspaper clippings created and collected by the Office of Student Life from 1964 to 2015. Materials are included relating to student organizations, student honors and awards, and student-centered events, particularly graduations.
Arrangement
The collection has been divided into 4 series: 1. Departmental Publications; 2. Student Organization Records; 3. Honors and Awards; and 4. Events.
Within series 1 and 3, folders are arranged in chronological order. Series 2, Student Organization Records, is grouped by organization and arranged chronologically. In Series 4, Events, folders are arranged chronologically with the exception of graduation records, which are held last. Within each folder, items are arranged in chronological order.
Immediate Source of Acquisition
Materials found in collection; there is no documentation concerning the provenance of these materials.
Processing Information
Creator's file names were used where available; the archivist supplied descriptive folder titles where the creator did not include one. The collection was arranged into series based on subject. Paperclips and plastic binding were removed. Materials in were placed in acid-free folders and boxes.
